Automobile Insurance Coverage?

"Hello I've been considering pet insurance from many different corporationsIam 23 and car insurance companies need between $300 - $800 for auto insurance because I'm not 25 however. I refuse to pay. Is there whatever else I can do.
My brother went my vehicle and was struck from behind. Her insurance is not under my policy. May my  insurance   premium influence? I recently had an accident last month furthermore (I struck anything on the highway which cost $6000 to correct and my insurance covered it without increasing my premium).
